Caves Bailly Lapierre

The Burgundy village of Bailly is the birthplace of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne sparkling wine.

Here we make an altogether different type of sparkling wine.
This wine is made from the highest quality grapes, pressed by hand, patiently vinified and matured. Our wines are dry and smooth and have an intense, mineral freshness.
The Bailly Lapierre wine cellars which were founded in 1972, are located in a very old underground quarry with tunnels that extend over more than 4 hectares.
The tunnels provide unique natural conditions, ideal for achieving the subtle fizziness of our sparkling wines.

The Bailly Lapierre wine cellars are open from 9am every day and close at 6.30pm (except July and August when they close at 7pm).
